This super cool, modern oven is handmade in Portugal and designed for lasting quality. The outer wall is aluminum and the inner wall is double-walled stainless steel containing a high-temperature special ceramic blanket. Stainless steel is superior due to its resistance to salt and sea corrosion, ensuring your oven stays beautiful for years to come. The floor is made with refractory tiles and the decorative bricks are composed of refractory cement, allowing the oven to stay hot on the inside for hours while remaining cool to the touch on the outside!!

Productivity: 

Up to 30 pizzas per hour. Cooks pizzas in under 3 minutes. These ovens use 4-6 lbs of wood per hour depending upon moisture.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE THIS OVEN FOR A FOOD TRUCK OR TRAILER, IT MUST BE MODIFIED IN ORDER TO HANDLE THE SUSPENSION.  YOUR VEHICLE MUST HAVE SATISFACTORY SUSPENSION AND THE FACE OF THE OVEN MUST BE SECURED WITH ADDED BOLTS FROM THE DOME INTO THE FACE.  WE HAVE AN INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO WHICH WE CAN PROVIDE.  THIS IS AN AFTER PURCHASE MODIFICATION. WARRANTY IS VOIDED  IF NOT PROPERLY MODIFIED.
