Builders Custom Model Pizzaioli Wood Fired Oven

This is our premier Italian-style pizza oven!! While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are magnificent, the Pizzaioli is our most sophisticated model and is ideal for the gourmet home chef looking to create an authentic culinary experience in just 90 seconds!!

The oven features a wide opening and a specialized low dome designed to conduct heat directly to the oven floor for a perfect crust every time!! Our best-selling Pizzaioli and the Buena Ventura models represent the pinnacle of traditional wood-fired engineering.

These ovens are incredibly versatile and can beautifully cook anything your conventional oven can, with even more depth of flavor!! Each oven includes a complimentary artisanal Portuguese ceramic baking dish, which is wonderful for roasting succulent chicken, seasonal vegetables, casseroles, and homemade breads!!

All of our ovens are AUTHENTIC BRICK not CLAY!  Be careful of this when shopping oven brands- there IS A DIFFERENCE.  Our ovens are HANDMADE in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of authentic fire brick and mortar, which is then covered with a thick layer of OUR OWN INTERNATIONAL PATENT of Rockwool Insulation that is secured with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement. 

This 'builders custom' Pizzaioli is finished so that you can add your facade to match your custom needs.  It comes with an iron door (which will rust if not treated– especially if you live near water). Using a Rustolem type product and covering it when not in use will be helpful if this is a concern for you. Many love the rust factor.

Authentic Pizza Ovens never uses a zinc/galvanized coating on any of our products. You can paint or tile our white-domed ovens to match your home or design specifications. You will just need to use a high heat paint or adhesive. We recommend that you first cure your oven and use it for a few weeks and treat with Ultra Fire (included) before you paint.
