Each unit features a triple-insulated dome—utilizing an internationally patented Rockwool insulation—ensuring the exterior remains cool to the touch while the interior maintains the high-performance heat required for professional results.

The Lisboa is built with premium, non-rust cast aluminum and stainless steel hardware to ensure longevity. For those looking to customize their space, the white domed exterior can be painted or tiled with high-heat materials to match your aesthetic after the initial curing process. Every oven includes Ultra Fire treatment to protect your investment.

Each Oven Package Includes: 

• Cast PREMIUM HIGH GRADE ALUMINUM Chimney: 6” high STAINLESS STEEL spout with flu/damper (6"h x 5.5"w) 38” Pipe extensions and cap available separately.
• Ceramic Portuguese Baking Dish: (10” x 14.5” x 3”) It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more!
• Thermometer: (0-500°C)
• Ultra Fire: Patch kit to address superficial cracks that will develop (see video for more information on how to treat)
