PIZZA OVEN ROTISSERIE - SPIT

Our taller dome ovens, such as the Lisboa and Venturas models, are rotisserie-compatible. In the rear of these units, there is a metallic cap insert that the end of the spit rests in. Simply skewer your preferred piece of meat and rotate it as it cooks perfectly in your wood-fired oven. A significant advantage of using pizza oven rotisserie is that it ensures a more uniform roast and accelerated cooking time.
