OUTSIDE: 1.4 mm Aluminum wall  INSIDE: 304-2B grade Stainless Steel double wall with total 1mm (2 x .5mm). 
High temperature ceramic blanket and a special safety fire blanket, bio-soluble, and asbestos free. 
FLOOR: Refractory tiles 1200c FRONT: Made with cast stone in refractory cement (lafarge) and inside structure made with forged iron to reinforce the cast stone. CHIMNEY/DOOR: 100% 304-2B Stainless Steel.

All of our ovens require “all-weather” protection from rain, sleet and snow, fallen leaves, and protection from harsh elements when not in use. If you don’t have a cover, we offer them for purchase on our accessory listing. As all treasured valuables, these beautiful ovens are meant to last for a very long time, if taken care of properly!

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE THIS OVEN FOR A FOOD TRUCK OR TRAILER, IT MUST BE MODIFIED IN ORDER TO HANDLE THE SUSPENSION.  YOUR VEHICLE MUST HAVE SATISFACTORY SUSPENSION AND THE FACE OF THE OVEN MUST BE SECURED WITH ADDED BOLTS FROM THE DOME INTO THE FACE.  WE HAVE AN INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO WHICH WE CAN PROVIDE.  THIS IS AN AFTER PURCHASE MODIFICATION. WARRANTY IS VOIDED  IF NOT PROPERLY MODIFIED.
