The Buena Ventura Pizza Oven is an absolute stunner, featuring a warm, authentic Portuguese Sienna sandy tan brick face that beautifully mimics stacked stone. It sports the beloved, traditional shape of a classic Pizzaioli oven, but stands out with its unique cast stacked stone face. Thanks to its wide opening and low dome design, heat is conducted directly to the oven floor, making it perfect for cooking up to two 12″ pizza pies at the very same time.

The culinary creations don't stop there! You can cook anything your conventional indoor oven can, only with that incredible wood-fired flavor. To get you started, every oven comes with a beautiful, complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish—perfect for your next roasted chicken, wood fired veggies, cozy casseroles, homemade bread, or decadent desserts.

When you're shopping around, keep in mind that all of our ovens are made from AUTHENTIC BRICK, not clay—and there is a huge difference! Each one is carefully handmade in Portugal and triple-insulated, ensuring the outside stays safely cool to the touch while the inside gets blazing hot. We build them to last with an inner layer of authentic fire brick and mortar, covered in a thick layer of our own internationally patented Rockwool Insulation, secured with metal batting, and finished with a durable layer of refractory cement.

We also use premium hardware to ensure your oven withstands the elements. The Ventura Buena features a high-quality, rust-free black cast aluminum door and chimney cavity, paired with a sleek stainless steel chimney. The door even includes a high-heat viewing window so you can easily peep in on your culinary creations. Unlike others, Authentic Pizza Ovens never use galvanized or zinc coatings on any products.

Want to match your new oven to your outdoor kitchen or home decor? You can easily paint or tile our white domed ovens! Just be sure to use high-heat paint or adhesive. We highly recommend curing your oven, enjoying it for a few weeks, and treating it with the included Ultra Fire protection before you add your personal artistic touch.

All of our ovens require “all-weather” protection from rain, sleet, and snow, fallen leaves, and protection from harsh elements when not in use. We highly recommend purchasing a cover for this beautiful oven and offer this item on Culinary Curations page. These are exquisite ovens that are meant to last for a very long time if taken care of properly!

Authentic Pizza Ovens are manufactured with steel eyelets in each corner for easy hoisting, which can be cut off after placement if desired.

Please note our key delivery and insurance policies:

 - Delivery: We offer curbside freight delivery only. A recipient must be present to receive the shipment and accommodate the final placement of the oven.
 - Inspection: You must inspect the oven for damages before the driver leaves. If you cannot fully inspect it, or if the driver cannot wait, you must write "There are potential damages" on the POD when signing.
 - Claims: Transportation insurance is 100% insured at no cost to you, but we cannot assist with claims unless damage is reported before the driver leaves or noted on the POD. There is a 5-day grace period for order discrepancies or missing items.
 - Base Crumbling: Crumbling around the base acts as protection and is not considered damage. It can be easily touched up with the included Ultrafire or pre-made mortar.
 - Sales Tax: There is no sales tax if shipping outside of Arizona; otherwise, the rate is 8.6%.
